We take your privacy seriously. Our extensions never identify you.

They send anonymous usage stats, so we can see which versions are in use and which tools people rely on. This page lists everything they send.

What our extensions send

  • Which extension it is, and its version.
  • When it is installed, updated or downgraded, and the version it came from.
  • Your Blender version, such as 4.5.1.
  • Your operating system: Windows, macOS or Linux.
  • How many times each of the extension's tools was run and each of its menus was opened, sent about once an hour while you use it, and when you next open Blender.

What they never send

  • An account, licence or install ID.
  • Your name, username or computer name.
  • File names, folder paths or anything from your scenes.
  • Anything you type, select or create in Blender.

Your IP address is never stored.

Turning it off

  • Each extension's preferences have a Send anonymous usage stats option.
  • Nothing is sent while Blender's Allow Online Access setting is off, under Edit › Preferences › System › Network.
